Juz finished my typing and editing of the Creative Writing essay. 1669 words, and the word limit is 1600 words. Haha, cant find anything much to edit already..
Yesterday was kinda bad for me. I had BMic lab test in the morning and i screwed it up badly. Did the serial dilution and i did 10^-1 thrice... and wasted alot of time.. and we were only given 15 min for each task. Then spilled my nutrient agar twice... with the culture on it... so i spent alot of time running around to clear up the mess. Arggg! The streak plate was also not good for me, as I didnt wait for the inoculating loop to fully cool down and I put it into the culture broth, and I guessed I kill some microbes... and in the end couldnt get the full inoculum. Microscopy was quite ok, BUT I drew E.coli in clusters when they are supposed to be singly! And I dun even know that! I guess I was sleeping in class... Argg!!! There goes my BMic lab test, sure gonna fail..
In the afternoon, Adelyn, Liwei, Xin Er, Nic and KC came over my place there to mug... and it was very productive, as I managed to clear some doubts for my Cell Bio and HPI.. Woot~! All thanks to the discussion with Adelyn, Liwei and KC (the "teacher"). I think discussions really help alot!
